Wildland Firefighter Type II class
If you are interested in getting your wildland firefighter type II, you can join us for our field day on September 6th, 2026. It starts at 9:00 and can run until 1700. Lunch will be provided. You will need to have PPE: helmet, safety glasses, leather gloves, hiking boots, and FR clothing. We can let you burrow some of these items, let us know beforehand.

Take these classes in this order: S-190, L-180, and then the online portion of S-130. You will also take ICS 100, 700, and 800. These can be taken on the FEMA Website.
